I’ve been busy today with Thanksgiving prep, but I spent a little time in SL rummaging through my inventory and dressing up in some old and new favorites. It’s a nice way to wind down a day. The star of my dress-up time today was Fiona, an Exile hairstyle I’ve loved since before its release a couple of months ago. With each outfit I put on, I just kept coming back to Fiona.

First I’ll share a close-up of one of the looks to show you some of Fiona’s attitude and to sneak in a preview of some eyes from my new Silent Lucidity series that should be in Shine within the next few days. This photo also gives you a look at one of my favorite lip piercings by Lola79 Heinrichs of Otaku Designs.

I used the Miracle HUD from AM Radio to show off 3 looks using Fiona with some old and new favorites. The look on the left is obviously the same look from the close-up I just shared. In the middle look, I went with something a little cozier and opted for a sweater dress and wool tights from Luck Inc. I don’t normally wear this kind of mini dress, but the prim flaps for the skirt were fairly easy to fit to my satisfaction, and I couldn’t resist the luxurious knit. I think the patterned tights help to make the dress feel more me too and make it slightly more casual. The third look uses the Cynful Corset Overall in brown stripes. This was my first time wearing the outfit, and I can already tell it’s going to be something I wear again and again.
